Cat News: Kitty video games now more popular than yarn

Forget the mouse on a string, put away the catnip – a new breed of feline entertainment is sweeping the globe.

The Age recently published a news feature on the booming trend of computer games for cats and apparently it’s not only cute to watch it’s good for the cats too:
“I don’t think people spend enough time with their pets. Anything that encourages people to interact with their cats, so they’re not living such a sedentary lifestyle, is good.”
The games are played on tablet computers, allowing your kitty full control of the action using only their paws and their biological drive to hunt.

The real story here is that geek cat owners can now indulge both their passions at once by spending their weekends gaming side-by-side with their favourite furry companion.
